Annual General Meeting Notice

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the Inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Far North Flames Netball Association Inc. will be held as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 17 December 2025

Time: 5:30 PM

Venue: Dreams (Upstairs), Brothers Cairns

The AGM will include:

1. Presentation of the 2025 President’s Report

2. Presentation of the 2025 Treasurer’s Report

3. Election of the 2026 Executive Committee and Board

4. General business

We now invite nominations for the following Board positions:

1. President – Two-year term

2. Treasurer – Two-year term

3. Board Member – Two-year term (x3 positions)

4. Board Member – One-year term (x2 positions)

Nomination forms for Board positions are attached. All nominated applicants, along with the President’s Report and Treasurer’s Report, will be distributed seven (7) days prior to the AGM.

All members are encouraged to attend. This is an important opportunity to reflect on our inaugural year and help shape the future direction of the Far North Flames.
